Purpose

This site presents the services of Vitral Studio: web design and development, and artificial intelligence implementation for companies. Published prices are indicative and correspond to standard scopes; any engagement is formalised through a quote accepted in writing.

Access to this site is free and open. By browsing it you accept these terms. You undertake to use the site lawfully and not to carry out actions that could damage it, overload it or prevent it from working normally.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphic system and code of this site are the work of Vitral Studio and are protected by intellectual property law. You may quote them citing the source; you may not reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

The typefaces used are licensed accordingly. Work delivered to each client is governed by their contract: as a rule, the code and the data belong to the client from day one.

Liability

We aim to keep the published information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Prices and timeframes may change without notice; an accepted quote always prevails over what is published here.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by matters outside our control, nor for the content of any third-party sites that may be linked.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer legislation provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
